- How is the readiness score calculated?
- We extract the required skills from a target role or pasted job description, weight them by how senior the role is, and compare against your skill profile. The score is a weighted average — required skills count for 80%, preferred for 20%. It's a real number from real code, not a vibe check.
- Where does my skill profile come from?
- Every lab you complete in Labs Studio updates your profile. Skills you verify with assessments also count. We never make up skills you don't have — the profile reads from what you've actually shipped.
- Can I paste any job description?
- Yes. Career Intelligence accepts any plain-text job description. It extracts the role, the required and preferred skills, and produces a readiness score plus an action plan. Free tier allows three analyses per month; paid plans are unlimited.
- How is this different from a resume builder?
